Our Services

ID Blaster/De-Liner

Superior Tubular Services offers specialized ID liner removal services for both fiberglass- and epoxy-lined casing. STS is uniquely equipped to remove internal liners from casing, allowing material that was previously dedicated to saltwater disposal to be repurposed for a wider range of well applications.

By safely blasting out internal liners in-house, Superior Tubular Services helps operators extend the usable life of their casing, reduce material waste, and access cost-effective alternatives without sacrificing quality or performance. This capability allows customers to recover value from existing assets while maintaining the flexibility to meet changing operational needs.

ID/OD Cleaning Unit

By performing ID/OD cleaning in-house, Superior Tubular Services ensures pipe is properly prepared for inspection, storage, resale, or immediate deployment. Clean pipe allows for more accurate inspection results, better thread protection, and smoother installation in the field.

Whether preparing material for inspection, repurposing existing inventory, or getting pipe ready for same-day delivery, STS’s cleaning capabilities help extend pipe life, improve quality control, and reduce downtime for operators.

Electromagnetic Testing

Customers choose STS’s EMI services because inspections are performed in-house with calibrated equipment, enabling faster turnaround and consistent quality control. EMI testing provides reliable, repeatable data that supports safer operations, reduces the risk of premature failure, and ensures that materials meet standards before deployment.

By integrating EMI into its multi-point inspection process, Superior Tubular Services gives operators confidence that every joint of pipe has been thoroughly evaluated and is ready for service.

Hydrostatic Testing

Hydrostatic testing is a crucial, safe method for verifying the structural integrity and leak-tightness of pipes. This prevents unexpected failures or leaks by ensuring the system can withstand its rated pressure and by identifying flaws such as cracks, corrosion, and pinholes. The system is isolated and filled with water. Having this in-house testing method allows us to serve our customers efficiently without sacrificing quality!
